Operational structure

Born in Bergamo in 1945. 

After gaining experience in family businesses and completing management studies, he co-founded IVM in 1970, today one of Europe’s and the world’s leading Groups in the production of wood coatings, synthetic leather elastomers, and related resins. He directly developed corporate activities, expanding both through acquisitions and by founding and managing companies across Europe and the USA. 

Alongside his entrepreneurial activity, Adriano Teso has contributed to the development of the chemical sector and Italian industry in general, holding important roles in research centers and trade associations. He has served in leadership positions within Confindustria, Assolombarda, and Federchimica. In 1994, during the XII Legislature, he was Undersecretary of State for Labour and Social Security. Today, he remains Chairman of IVM Group and several subsidiaries, while continuing his involvement in think tanks and economic policy initiatives in Italy.

Born in Milan in 1947.

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1972. He joined the family business as Technical Director, becoming President and CEO in 1986.

He has held various roles in Federchimica and at the Experimental Station for Oils and Fats.

Born in Milan in 1971. 

After attending management courses at New York University, SDA Bocconi, ISTUD and Ambrosetti, and collaborating with the Office of Economic Development of the State of New York under Governor Mario Cuomo, she joined the family Group in 1994. She developed the French market, coordinated production planning, and oversaw R&D laboratories. After eight years in France, in 2004 she returned to Italy to coordinate strategies and development for foreign subsidiaries and international markets. Since 2007, she has been Vice Chairwoman of IVM, responsible for planning and coordinating all Group chemical activities. 

She is also engaged in educational and social projects for children in Rajasthan, India.

Born in Genoa in 1962, he graduated in Economics from the University of Genoa in 1988.

He held key positions in administration and control for two Italian chemical groups listed on the stock exchange, later gaining experience in planning and budgeting within a major Italian banking group. Since 2004 he has worked with IVM Group, covering roles as Director of Administration, Finance & Control and Board Member of ILVA Polimeri Spa. From 2007 to 2019 he served as Executive Director for Administration, Finance & Control of IVM Chemicals Srl, and since 2020 he has held the same position in the holding company IVM.

He is currently President of Milesi Vernis SAS.
